Natural and beautiful – looking & durable crowns, veneers and inlays using new advanced E4D technology.

Restore and enhance your teeth with the latest technology.
How would you like to have healthy, beautiful and natural-looking teeth that last? This is now possible all with a single visit using E4D technology available in Roberts Family Dental office.
One-Visit Crowns
Crowns can take up to three visits and the use of a temporary to fully restore your tooth, With E4D technology this can be done in a single visit all while you are in the chair! You no longer need to have multiple visits, lengthy waits with E4D’s precision 3-D technology allows the doctor to create a customized crown that fits your teeth perfectly and is completely biocompatible with your own teeth structure. A tooth-colored crown may be made of both porcelain and metal, or, thanks to newly available technology, it may be made entirely of porcelain and can be done in a single visit to our dentistry office. Thanks to new equipment and training by the doctors who now use advanced laser and diagnostic equipment of E4D, your new crowns can be created right in the dental office and during a single treatment.
Tooth-Colored, Durable, Inlays and Onlays
Inlays and onlays are a type of filling that are used as a restoration of a broken-down tooth or may replace an existing large filling.

In the past, tooth-colored filling material was not durable enough to withstand the tremendous biting forces required by back teeth, which limited cosmetic dentistry to front teeth restorations. The E4D system allows us to create beautiful tooth-colored inlays and onlays both for front and back teeth that match the color and appearance of the rest of your teeth. It creates the same translucence, color and brilliance of your natural healthy teeth.
Best of all, E4D inlays and onlays can be completed in about an hour from start to finish.
Dr. Roberts recommends E4D restorations due to their durability; typically E4D restorations are in the same condition as when first placed.
Uses material closest to natural teeth
E4D restorations are milled from a single block of high quality ceramic, a substance that is particularly compatible with the body and that has the same characteristics as normal, healthy dental enamel. E4D ceramic expands in the same way as teeth, and also because it comes from a single block, an E4D restoration is less prone to cracks and flaws than other restorations, requires less of your time and eliminates the hassle of multiple visits to get your teeth restoration completed.
Metal and porcelain crowns
In the past, porcelain crowns were always built upon a metal core. That was the only way they could have enough strength to withstand the tremendous biting forces that are exerted on all of your teeth. That metal core is what creates the dark blue line at the edge of many crowns.
The benefits of all-porcelain crowns
Recent breakthroughs in adhesives, combined with the development of stronger porcelain materials, allow us to make crowns entirely out of porcelain. All-porcelain crowns maintain a translucency that makes them hard to tell from natural teeth. Without metal, the problem of a dark line at the edge of the gums is eliminated. This allows us to place the edge of the crown above the gum line, and that’s healthier for your tooth and gums. When you want to improve your smile, all-porcelain crowns are a beautiful and natural looking choice.
