Roberts Family Dental's primary concern and commitment is to provide quality dental care to each and every patient. In order to accommodate the needs and requests of as many patients as possible, we will explain your financial obligations to the best of our ability, prior to treatment. We do offer limited in-house financing and 30-60-90 days same as cash through an outside financing company. There are also plans for 12-18 months financing with no finance charges. We can also orchestrate your treatment plan around a payment plan that allows you to receive the treatment and comfortably take care of your financial obligations.
If you have a PPO, POS or Indemnity Insurance Plan, part of our service is to provide you with an estimate of your insurance benefits, based on the information given us at the time of service. As an added courtesy for our insured patients, The Practice will file claims to your insurance company on your behalf. Please note currently we are not participating in any DMO, HMO, Medicare, or Medicaid plans.
HIPPA
Roberts Family Dental has always maintained high secured measures in protecting your privacy. As of April 15, 2003, these practices have been enhanced and made into a law. The HIPAA notice describes YOUR RIGHTS regarding Medical/Dental information about you. About how it may be used and disclosed and how you can get access to this information. Roberts Family Dental feels strongly about protecting your Medical/Dental information. Rest assured that your information is protected by us to the best of our ability.
